Welcome to omnicreator.art. Omni Creator is an AI image edit studio: you can upload a reference image (or start from text), describe a change, and preview or download the result. A limited guest trial is available without an account; it is not unlimited free use.
This Privacy Policy explains how Omni Creator collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the service. This page is a draft intended for launch review; it is written to be shippable.
Account details (when you create or use an account): email address, name, sign-in method, profile details, and account settings.
Image content and prompts: Images you upload and the text prompts you submit so we can generate or edit images. Results may be shown to you for download.
Payment and billing records (when checkout is enabled): records of credit-pack purchases, subscriptions, credit balances, and refund histories. Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Device and usage logs: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, product interaction events, access timestamps, and security logs. Limited free-use counters may use a salted network identifier together with a device cookie.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in (session), help enforce limited free use (device limit cookie), remember preferences, and analyze site usage.

We process your information to:
Operate core features: generate and edit images from the uploads and prompts you provide.
Manage accounts and limited free use: keep you signed in when accounts are available, apply guest daily limits and paid credits or subscriptions when enabled, and show history where the product supports it.
Handle payments and billing: work with Stripe to verify transactions, grant credits, renew subscriptions, and address disputes or refund requests when checkout is live.
Maintain security: monitor service health, prevent abuse, and protect users and the platform.
Service communications: send account emails such as receipts, security notices, and support replies.

We do not sell personal data. We share necessary data only with the following service roles to fulfill your requests and operate the platform:
Payment processing: Stripe processes payments and billing transactions securely when checkout is enabled.
AI model provider: uploaded images and prompts are sent to an external AI model provider solely to fulfill your generation or edit request.
Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare hosts the website, provides content delivery, and helps protect against malicious traffic.
Email delivery: an email provider sends account and support messages.
Legal authorities: public authorities, law enforcement, or courts when disclosure is required by applicable law or strictly necessary to protect rights and safety.
When you upload an image or enter a prompt, that content is sent to our servers and to an external AI model provider to produce the edited or generated image. The result is returned to you for preview and download.
Do not upload images you are not allowed to use. Do not use the service to create non-consensual deepfakes, to alter identity documents for fraud, or to misrepresent someone in a way that could harm them. See our Terms of Service.
When payments are enabled, all payments, subscriptions, credit purchases, and billing adjustments on Omni Creator are handled by Stripe.
Your full card number, expiration date, and security code are submitted directly to Stripe through encrypted connections; our servers never store or handle complete card numbers. We retain only the order identifiers, plan details, credit records, and refund transactions needed to provide the service and resolve billing questions. For refund details, see our Refund Policy.
Account details stay while you use the account. Generated results and related records stay as needed to provide the service or until you delete them or delete your account where those controls exist.
To deliver the service, our infrastructure and partners—including Cloudflare, Stripe (when used), the AI model provider, and the email provider—may process data on servers outside your country of residence. Data protection standards in those places may differ from those where you live.
We apply standard administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption for data in transit and restricted access to backend systems. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Where Settings are available, you can manage your profile, credits, billing, and notifications. You can also contact us to request access or deletion.

Omni Creator is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please notify us at support@omnicreator.art. We will review the matter and take steps to remove the data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with the revision date in the page metadata. Continued use of Omni Creator after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
