By using omnicreator.art ("Omni Creator", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Omni Creator is an AI photo editor. You can upload a photo and describe a change, or generate an image from text. Features, models, and limits may change as we improve the product.
Without an account you may use up to 3 successful generations per device per day. Failed attempts do not count. The counter resets at 00:00 UTC (08:00 Beijing time). Additional IP-based limits may apply to prevent abuse.
Account sign-in and paid credit packs may be offered later. Until checkout is live, any pricing pages are informational only and cannot be purchased.

Subject to the rights of third parties in your inputs, you may use the results you generate for personal or commercial purposes. AI outputs can be imperfect or unexpected — review them before publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Edits and generations are fulfilled by our AI provider (EvoLink). See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
