Omni Creator refund policy for future credit packs and subscriptions. Free daily generations are not purchases.

The free daily quota on Omni Creator is not a purchase and is not refundable as cash.
When paid credit packs or subscriptions become available, the following rules apply.
Unused credits may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if you have not substantially used them. Email support@omnicreator.art with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
If monthly or yearly plans launch, you may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are handled case by case.
We may decline refunds for clear abuse, chargebacks filed in bad faith, or purchases that have already been fully consumed.
Email support@omnicreator.art within the window above. Include the purchase time and, if possible, a screenshot or receipt. We reply within 1 business day.
