Replace a photo background by describing the new one
Upload a photo, write what the new background should be — “clean white studio”, “sunlit café”, “solid #F4E9DA” — and Omni Creator rebuilds the scene behind your subject. No selection tools, masks or layers.

What
What is an AI background replacer?
A background replacer separates the subject of a photo — a person, a product, a pet — from everything behind it, and generates a new backdrop in its place. Traditional tools make you cut the subject out first and then composite it onto a second image. Omni Creator does both steps from one sentence.
Because the new background is generated rather than pasted, the model can also adjust the contact shadow and the overall color cast so the subject does not look “stuck on”. Results are best-effort: fine hair, glass and see-through fabric are the hardest edges, and you should always check them at full size before publishing.
Use cases
Common background jobs
Marketplace listings
Turn a kitchen-table product photo into a plain white or light-gray studio shot.
Profile & team photos
Replace an office corridor with a neutral, consistent backdrop for every person on the page.
Social & ads
Place the same product into seasonal or lifestyle scenes without a new photo shoot.
Why
Why describe the background instead of masking it?
Masking is precise but slow, and it still leaves you to find a background image and match its light. Describing the scene skips both steps. When you need pixel-exact control — legal documents, technical drawings, layered design files — a manual editor is still the right tool.
- No selection or masking
- Light and shadow regenerated together
- Works from a phone photo

Compare
Three ways to change a background
Describe it (Omni Creator)
One prompt replaces the scene and re-lights the edges. Fastest for single images; less control over exact pixel placement.
Cut out, then composite
Remove the background, then place the subject on another image. Precise, but you must match light, shadow and perspective yourself.
Reshoot
Best quality when you control the set, but it costs time and equipment for every change.
