Welcome to omnicreator.art. Omni Creator is an AI photo editor: you can upload a photo (or start from text), describe a change, and preview or download the result. You get 3 free generations per device per day without an account.
This Privacy Policy explains how Omni Creator collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the service.
Account details (when accounts are available): email address, name, sign-in method, and account settings.
Photo content and prompts: Photos you upload and the text prompts you submit so we can generate or edit images. Results may be shown to you for download.
Payment and billing records (when checkout is enabled): records of credit-pack purchases, subscriptions, credit balances, and refund histories. Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Device and usage logs: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, product interaction events, access timestamps, and security logs. Free-use counters may use a salted network identifier together with a device cookie.
Support inquiries: messages you send to support@omnicreator.art.
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in (session), help enforce limited free use (device limit cookie), remember preferences, and analyze site usage.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not run ads on the site. You can limit or clear cookies in your browser. If you turn cookies off, sign-in and some features may not work.
We process your information to:
Operate core features: generate and edit photos from the uploads and prompts you provide.
Manage limited free use and accounts: apply daily device limits and paid credits when enabled.
Handle payments and billing: work with Stripe to verify transactions, grant credits, and address refund requests when checkout is live.
Maintain security: monitor service health, prevent abuse, and protect users and the platform.
Service communications: send account emails such as receipts, security notices, and support replies.

We do not sell personal data. We share necessary data only with service providers that help us run Omni Creator:
Payment processing: Stripe (when checkout is enabled).
AI model provider: EvoLink processes uploaded photos and prompts solely to fulfill your edit or generation request. Uploaded files are typically retained by the provider for up to 72 hours; generated result links from the provider are typically valid for up to 24 hours. When possible, we also store durable copies of successful results on our own storage.
Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare hosts the website, provides content delivery and object storage, and helps protect against malicious traffic.
Email delivery: an email provider sends account and support messages.
Legal authorities: when disclosure is required by applicable law or strictly necessary to protect rights and safety.
When you upload a photo or enter a prompt, that content is sent to our servers and to EvoLink to produce the edited or generated image. The result is returned to you for preview and download.
Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use. Do not use the service to create non-consensual deepfakes, to alter identity documents for fraud, or to misrepresent someone in a way that could harm them. See our Terms of Service.
Uploaded photos at the AI provider: typically up to 72 hours, then deleted automatically.
Generated results at the AI provider: typically up to 24 hours.
Durable copies we store (when a generation succeeds): kept as needed to provide download/history, or until you ask us to delete them.
Account details: while you use the account.
Support emails: as needed to resolve your request.
Our infrastructure and partners—including Cloudflare, Stripe (when used), EvoLink, and the email provider—may process data on servers outside your country of residence.
We apply standard administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption for data in transit and restricted access to backend systems. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to request deletion. Email support@omnicreator.art. We may ask for proof of identity.
Omni Creator is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
