Omni Creator Terms of Service: who may use the service, accounts, payments and refunds, image content rules, and result limits. Draft — shippable.

Introduction

Omni Creator is an AI image edit studio at omnicreator.art. You can upload a reference image or start from text, describe a change, and preview or download the result. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. The service is not directed at anyone under 13.

Accounts

When accounts are available, you may sign in with the methods we offer (for example Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. Email support@omnicreator.art right away about unauthorized use or security issues.

You can cancel a subscription in your account settings or by email when subscriptions are live. Canceling stops future renewals only. After 48 hours, the current period's paid fee is not refunded.

Credits, payment, and refunds

Limited free trial. Anonymous daily guest use (and any free allowance for signed-in users) is limited. It is not unlimited free use.
Packs and subscriptions. When checkout is enabled, we may sell one-time credit packs and monthly or yearly subscriptions. Credit packs and subscriptions are governed by the terms shown at purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Within 48 hours. If you bought a credit pack or a subscription within the last 48 hours, including a renewal, we refund the credits from that purchase you have not used as cash, proportionally: (amount paid for that purchase ÷ credits granted by that purchase) × unused credits from that purchase, minus the payment processing fee for that payment. We do not deduct that fee from a refund for a duplicate charge, a paid purchase where the credits or subscription did not arrive, a confirmed malfunction, or a remedy required by law. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Credits already used. Credits already used by a successful generation are not refunded as cash, even within 48 hours.
After 48 hours. After 48 hours, there is generally no cash refund for dislike of results, change of mind, or realizing the purchase was a mistake after using credits.
Our technical failure. If a generation fails because of our technical error, we restore the credits. This is not a cash refund and is not limited to 48 hours.
What you can ask us to review. These requests are not limited to 48 hours. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. You may email support@omnicreator.art to ask for a review when: charged twice for the same purchase; paid but credits or the subscription did not arrive after a reasonable wait; a confirmed malfunction blocked a paid generation; or consumer law requires a remedy. We reply within 5 to 7 business days. Approved cash refunds go back to the original payment method when possible. We do not control how long your bank takes to show the refund.

Your materials and copyright

You must have the right to use the images and text you upload or submit. Do not upload unauthorized copyrighted materials. Do not upload other people's private materials without permission. You keep the rights you already have in your materials. You give us permission to process them solely to generate or edit images for your request.

Content rules

You must use the service responsibly:

Do not break the law.
Do not hack, overload (including denial-of-service), scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service.
Do not send malware or spam.
Do not harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
Do not use the service to create non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic media meant to deceive others about a real person's words or actions.
Do not use the service to alter identity documents, official records, or similar materials for fraud or impersonation.
Do not upload nude, sexual, or pornographic images; do not upload sexual content involving anyone under 13; do not upload intimate images of a real person without their consent.

Results

AI output can be wrong or unexpected. Edited and generated images are tools for creative work; they do not guarantee commercial results, brand compliance, or any particular quality. Always review outputs before you publish or rely on them. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Our intellectual property

We own the service's software, design, and branding. You keep the rights you already have in your materials.

Outside services

An external AI model provider processes uploads and prompts to fulfill your request. Speed, quality, and provider can change over time. Payments are processed through Stripe when checkout is enabled. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. An email provider sends account and support messages. Google may be offered as a sign-in option when configured.

Suspension

If these terms are broken, we may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access. If your account is suspended or terminated, refunds still follow the Refund Policy and the law.

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Limit on claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including creative or commercial outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing the revised document on this page. Continued use after the date on this page changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
